Qigong for Health & Wellness
My Qigong for Health and Wellness class explores all aspects of Qigong with a focus on improving and maintaining good physical and mental health. The classes include Qigong breath work, explore different aspects of Qigong with both routines and individual exercises, and TCM theory as relates to Qigong practice, all in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Classes in Qigong are currently available on Monday mornings at the home of JinLi-Wushu Tai Chi School at 9:30 am. These are held in the beautiful hall at Studio 14 in St Kilda.
Corporate classes can be arranged via JinLi-Wushu Tai Chi School.
My vision
It is my vision that students achieve health and well-being through the ancient art of Qigong. We practice to improve our health with gentle movements combined with breathing and focus. It is my wish for all that their healthspan will equal their lifespan particularly as we age.
